The Women in Chemicals Mentorship Program's 6 Month Check In Session is poised to be a pivotal moment for mentors and mentees. Participants will engage in reflective discussions aimed at maximizing their remaining time and maintaining momentum. Following the keynote, mentor and mentee groups will convene in breakout sessions to explore strategies for overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities. Her talk encouraged women to “sit at the table,” seek challenges, take risks, and pursue their goals with gusto. Sandberg provides practical advice on negotiation techniques, mentorship, and building a satisfying career. Mentorship Program Onboarding: 2024 Cohort
On February 28, 2024, join the Women in Chemicals Mentorship Program Onboarding. Mentors and mentees participate in separate breakout sessions to delve into expectations and best practices. The Mentor session, led by experienced Mentors, provides insights into effective guidance, while Mentees receive guidance on maximizing the mentorship experience. Through interactive discussions, both groups establish a foundation for successful partnerships. This onboarding fosters a shared understanding, setting the stage for meaningful connections and empowering mentorship journeys. Don't miss this crucial step on February 28th to ensure a fruitful and collaborative mentorship experience for all participants. This event is only open to the women accepted into our 2024 Mentorship Cohort!
Mentorship Program Kickoff: 2024 Cohort
Join us on February 22, 2024, for the Women in Chemicals Mentorship Program Kickoff. The Mentorship Steering Committee will introduces themselves, shares program guidelines, and presents an overview of our software platform Chronus. Breakout sessions, led by Steering Committee Facilitators, will feature icebreakers in groups of mentor/mentee pairs. Resources will be shared, and the event concludes with Q&A and a recap for next steps. For those participating in the mentorship program, you don't want to miss this exciting kickoff event.
