Our mission at Women in Chemicals is to empower women in the chemical industry, but our community facilitates so much more. In an industry with growing opportunities for women, we recognized a gap for an authentic and support-centric network for women. We aim to create a community to combine our respective super powers to connect, collaborate, share expertise, and continue blasting through the glass ceiling.

Following the keynote, mentor and mentee groups will convene in breakout sessions to explore strategies for overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities.
