Student Registration
Please note all students must provide a transcript; student registration fees for Thursday’s programming alone are $295. For inquiries regarding current student rates or group invoicing, please contact our Conference Chair, Stephanie Folkmire, at stephanie@womenininchemicals.com.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests will be accepted through July 15, 2027 and must be made in writing to info@womeninchemicals.com minus a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after July 15, 2027 due to commitments with the conference venue. Substitutions are permitted and are REQUIRED by July 31, 2027 for badge pre-printing.
