Women in Chemicals will join the 175th European Petrochemical Luncheon in Barcelona for a leadership discussion focused on the disruption and competitiveness challenges facing Europe’s chemical industry.
Featuring Vera-Maria Pitot, Sponsorship Chair for Women in Chemicals, alongside Birgit Henderickx, Hanna Pradera and Matt Barker of ICIS, the panel will explore what the industry’s next chapter requires from leaders, how diverse perspectives can improve decision-making under pressure, and where women and the next generation of leaders can make the greatest impact.
The session will take place during the EPL lunch on Thursday, December 3, at the Grand Hyatt Barcelona. WIC will also participate in the Wednesday welcome drink as part of the partnership.
