Women in Chemicals at APLA with ICIS: Spotlight on Latina Leadership
Women in Chemicals recently had the opportunity to run a panel session at APLA, in partnership with ICIS on how Latina women are not just navigating but thriving in today’s challenging business landscape. As global markets continue to shift rapidly, the need for resilient, adaptable leaders has become more critical than ever.
During this interactive session, we explored how Latina women—armed with their unique cultural insight, emotional intelligence, and entrepreneurial spirit—are exceptionally positioned to lead through uncertainty and change.
Our Panelists included:
- Victória Cavalheiro, Key Account Manager – Americas, ICIS
- Ana Eisenhauer, Regional President, Mexico and Central America, Brenntag
- Larissa Martinelli, Regional Sales Director, Solvay
Facilitated by our own: Christie Luna, Membership Chair, Women in Chemicals
This session proved to be an inspiring and solutions-driven dialogue, empowering all attendees to recognise and support the leadership potential of Latina women.
