Women in Chemicals Represents Industry Voices at Global Women on Boards Conference in Brussels

Women in Chemicals was proud to be represented at last week’s Global Women on Boards Conference in Brussels, a gathering devoted to advancing equity, sustainability, and women’s leadership across industries.

Advisory Board Member, Svjetlana Jerkovic, and Director of Strategic Partnerships, Amelia Greene,  contributed to the closing panel, “How Organizations Put Values into Action: Reimagining Systems for Equity and Sustainability at Scale”. The discussion brought together leaders from companies including ICL, Cargill, and 2M Companies, who shared practical, real-world examples of how companies can embed ESG and DEI values into their daily operations — from procurement and partnerships to culture-building and access initiatives.

We are grateful to the organizers and fellow speakers for creating a platform that highlights the importance of intentional, values-driven leadership. Women in Chemicals is committed to ensuring our industry continues to move toward a more inclusive and sustainable future, and we were honored to add our voice to this important conversation.
