On March 9th, Women in Chemicals celebrated International Women’s Day by hosting our annual Women in the Workplace event in partnership with McKinsey & Company and LeanIn.Org. The session highlights key insights from the 2025 Women in the Workplace Report—the leading study on women’s advancement and workplace realities in corporate America.

On February 17th, Women in Chemicals marked five years of building a global community that champions diversity, collaboration, and stronger leadership across the chemical industry. Our co-founders, Kylie Wittl and Amelia Greene, shared insights on what we’ve accomplished together, what’s next, and how every leader—men and women—can step up as allies to drive progress.

On January 20th, Women in Chemicals started off the new year with a chemical markets outlook! We celebrated International Women's Day by delving into the findings of the Women in the Workplace 2025 report by McKinsey & Company, in partnership with LeanIn.Org. This landmark study, now in its tenth year, provided a comprehensive analysis of the progress and challenges faced by women in corporate America. 

On February 18th, Women in Chemicals celebrated its four-year anniversary during a fireside chat with your co-founders, Kylie Wittl & Amelia Greene. We chatted about what was accomplished in our fourth year, key updates and current and future programs.

On June 10th, Women in Chemicals was joined by Camille Goleb, Program Manager, Inclusion & Diversity at Koppers to discuss the fundamentals of DE&I. During this webinar participants explored the essence of diversity and inclusion, dispelled common misconceptions and emphasized the immense value of fostering an inclusive workplace.
