Through her work supporting nonprofit events, she developed a deep appreciation for mission-driven organizations and the people behind them.
Stepping Into Leadership

She practices servant leadership and views asking questions as a strength that builds trust and community. Patience, clear communication, and taking time to learn before acting helped her successfully navigate unfamiliar environments.

Guided by the principle “Be a Good Human” and Rotary International’s Four-Way Test, she believes ethics must be practiced daily. This includes fostering open communication, psychological safety, and a supportive organizational culture.
