Woman of the Week
Christine Morris
Christine’s career journey, starting at Shell and working at Safety-Kleen, provides a unique outlook on the unintentional biases that may still exist in our industry. She emphasizes how important it is for women to support each other on their career journeys and the value she’s gleaned from these support networks.
Silke Fuchs
Silke was our first European member of the group and has since recruited over 10 members in EMEA to our network. She is also the first saleswoman that we have interviewed for this series. She talks about the demographic in Europe, her experiences as a woman in sales, and how we can support each other in our career aspirations.
Jennifer Jewson
Jen discusses her pivot from R&D to commercial manufacturing, ways we can continue to contribute to our organizations in these volatile and uncertain times in our industry, and how she manages to balance her many roles as wife, mother, leader, and mentor.
Brit Woodruff
Brit sits down with the WIC team to discuss her experiences thus far in her career in supply chain roles in the chemicals industry, her tips for finding and fostering mentorships, and many others. We also spent some time recapping our great experiences with our bi-weekly virtual networking pairings.
Megan Gluth-Bohan
Meg, our first ever Woman of the Week, interviews with Kylie and Amelia to talk about her career journey, her keys to success, her passion for mentoring, and many other topics.
